ROAD TO RESPECT
I started my blog as a venue to comment on issues related to respect, fairness and equality. While my e-newsletter articles always have a business focus, my blog posts provide an opportunity for me to comment on the issues I am passionate about from a wider societal and global perspective. Sign up to my RSS feed and you won’t miss these weekly posts.
ROAD TO RESPECT
Reflections on the Road to Respect is my complementary monthly e-newsletter. I started writing these articles in 2006 to support my clients in building a respectful workplace culture. You will find recent editions posted here. Please sign up and have this valuable “respect reminder” delivered to your inbox each month.
ROAD TO RESPECT
I love to write and am fortunate to get many opportunities to do so. You will find lots of valuable information in articles I have written as a regular contributor to RespectfulWorkplace.com’s syndicated blog, as well as for other business focused publications.
ROAD TO RESPECT
Any good publicist will tell you that when the media calls you answer and say yes, whatever the request! I am getting pretty good at that since the release of Road to Respect. I have been interviewed for TV, radio and print media, talking about respect and disrespect at work. You’ll find some of those interviews here.
ROAD TO RESPECT
From time to time I interview business leaders who are “getting respect right.” These audio interviews will give you the opportunity to learn about best practices to support success. Starting in October 2011 my newsletters will also be available as PODCASTS.
ROAD TO RESPECT
While technology can sometimes seem overwhelming, the great thing about my new Bloggie video camera is that it allows me to share my thoughts about respect and disrespect wherever I am. I try to include one or two tips you can apply in your workplace in every clip. Please be sure and let me know how I am doing!
"Erica Pinsky’s book, Road to Respect: Path to Profit approaches a range of difficult topics in an honest, direct and non-threatening manner. This book will stimulate readers to think about their own values and behaviours and to question those that are operating in their workplaces. Erica shares personal stories and best practices to clearly show why adopting respect as a core value is a requirement for any business interested in being designated as an Employer of Choice in our multi-cultural workplaces. I highly recommend this book!"
