Erica is a gifted and passionate speaker with extensive training and presentation experience. She has presented at conferences and meetings of professionals and executives. 

Erica presented the opening keynote entitled " RESPECT – Find Out What it Means to Me…And to You in Your Workplace" on February 25th, 2008 at the CUPE School District 69 Pro D Day Conference in Qualicum, B.C.

Erica presented a breakout session entitled "Recipe for Success: Become an Employer of Choice by Building a Respectful Workplace Culture" on April 27, 2007 at the BC Food Processors Association Meeting and Professional Day, in Burnaby BC, as well as at Taking HR to New Heights on Friday, September 28th, in Vernon, BC and at The Changing Workplace Symposium, on March 22, 2007 in Langley, BC.

Erica presented a workshop entitled "Is There a Bully in Your Workplace" on October 23, 2007 and October 19, 2006 in Vancouver, as well as on September 18, 2007 in Victoria for the BC Human Resources Association.

Erica presented "CAN THEY DO THAT? Everything You Wanted to Know About Human Rights But Were Afraid to Ask" for the Vancouver Board of Trade Managers’ Toolbox meeting held at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel on November 2nd, 2006.

Erica presented a keynote entitled "Hiring Right For Human Rights" at the Jobline Marketing Conference in Vancouver on June 27, 2006

Erica presented a workshop entitled "The Conflict Pond – How to Wade into the Murky Water and Not Get Stuck in the Muck" at Langara College Professional Development Day on February, 22, 2007, and the City of Vancouver Safety Conferences on November 8, 2005 and February 16, 2006 in Vancouver.

Erica presented a workshop entitled "Respectful Workplace Culture: A Critical Pillar of Organizational Success" for TEC Canada in December 2004, in Vancouver.

Erica presented an executive briefing entitled "New B.C. Workplace Privacy Legislation – Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)" for TEC Canada in November 2003, in Vancouver.

Erica co-facilitated a workshop entitled "Managing the Positional Employee" in October 2002 for BC Human Resources Management Association at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver.

Erica was a panel member for "Employment Law and Human Rights Issues" at the BC Career Colleges Association’s 7th Annual Conference held at Harrison Hot Springs Resort in Harrison Hot Springs, BC in June 2001.

Erica was a panel member for a workshop entitled "Preventing Harassment" for ‘Beyond The Gap: Women’s Economic Equality Conference’ sponsored by the B.C. Ministry of Women’s Equality in October 2000, held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver.

Erica presented a session entitled "Workplace Harassment" at ‘Awareness ’99:Transforming Obstacles in Opportunities’, The 8th Biennial Conference on Employee and Family Assistance Programs in November 1999, held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver. As a result of the positive feedback from the first presentation, Erica was asked to return to Awareness 2001. The subsequent presentation was entitled "The Power Principle: A Machiavellian Approach to Understanding Workplace Harassment" and was part of the Awareness 2001 conference which was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver in November 2001.
